For 10 Hour Retainer Fee

Formal Child Custody Evaluation (Court-Ordered), includes; Interviewing and Investigating all Pertinent Parties to the Child(ren) in a Custody Evaluation. Partial Evaluations Include Interviews with Each Parent, Parent with Child, Collateral Interviews, Review of All Relative Documentation (As Time Permits). Partial Evaluations Start with a $2250 Retainer Fee for 10 Hours of Time. Child Custody Evaluations May Take 3-9 Months to Complete and up to 40 Hours of Billable Time.
